Terms and Conditions

The majority of products manufactured and sold by Sensolutions carry a one year limited warranty. Product specific details regarding the warranty are available on the individual product pages. The one year warranty period commences from the date of purchase as indicated by our sales records. You are able to verify this date by looking at the invoice provided with your order.

The Sensolutions limited warranty states that subject to the following conditions, each Sensolutions product will be free from defects in material and workmanship and conform to Sensolutions's strict specifications for that particular product.

  • The product was not purchased directly from Sensolutions or a Sensolutions authorized distributor.
  • Damages were due to negligence or improper installation or operation.
  • The product has been modified or altered in any way and/or tampered with.

Is Sensolutions is unable to complete a repair or replace a defective product, it will issue a refund at fair market value or replacement with an equivalent product.

To Apply for Warranty Service

Prior to returning any product to Sensolutions, you must obtain a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Sensolutions. If it is concluded that the product in question may be defective by Sensolutions you will be issued an RMA number along with instructions on how to return the product to us. All products must be returned to Sensolutions with shipping charges prepaid. No collect shipments and packages shipped with UPS Ground or FedEx Ground will be accepted.

You may also call or email Sensolutions with the following information:

  • Invoice date and order number
  • Name and part number of the product
  • If available, serial number listed on the product
  • Description of the damage and/or defects. Please provide as many details as possible.


Sensolutions will decide which remedy or combination of remedies to provide for warranty claims at it's sole discretion. Sensolutions shall be given reasonable time after receiving the product to determine the nature of the warranty claim. Sensolutions's replacement products under its limited warranty may be manufactured from new and/or refurbished parts.

The maximum liability of Sensolutions Inc. under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. Any and all other costs are not the responsibility of Sensolutions Inc.
