For customers who have medium or high volume production runs Sensolutions recommends the use of a dedicated cable with an overmolded strain relief. The most common terminations for these cables are USB and DB9M, however virtually any connector can be used.
Cables can be customized in many ways. The length of any cable can be made to the customer's specifications. As well, the connector and associated overmold can be specified to meet certain needs. Color of the insulation and connector overmold can be configured for easy identification of a particular cable, or brand of cable.
As an added bonus Sensolutions is now offering the ability to print text on many of our cables. This can be used for company or product names as well as websites, model numbers and warnings.
