Prior to returning any Product to Sensolutions, you must obtain a Returns Materials Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Sensolutions. If it is suspected that the Product may be defective by Sensolutions, you will be issued an RMA number along with instructions on how to return the Product to us. All Products should be returned to Sensolutions with shipping charges prepaid; collect shipments will NOT be accepted. Please review our warranty page for more details.
