Prior to returning any product to Sensolutions, you must obtain a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Sensolutions. If it is concluded that the product in question may be defective by Sensolutions you will be issued an RMA number along with instructions on how to return the product to us. All products must be returned to Sensolutions with shipping charges prepaid. Collect shipments and packages shipped with UPS Ground will not be accepted.
