Warranty
Sensolutions Inc. (‘Sensolutions’) strives to provide the best possible service to our customers and is please to provide a limited warranty on the majority of our products (‘Products’). We ask that you read this section over carefully before applying for warranty.

Conditions
The majority of Sensolutions’ products carry a one year, limited warranty as indicated on the product detail pages. However, you should refer to each individual Product page for the exact length of our warranty coverage on that specific Product. The warranty period commences from the date of purchase indicated by our own records. You can check this date by looking on the invoice provided with your order.
Sensolutions’ limited warranty confirms that, subject to the following limitations, each Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to Sensolution’s specification for that particular Product. Sensolutions Inc. will NOT provide warranty if the Product;
- was NOT purchased directly from Sensolutions or from a Sensolutions authorized distributor
- damage(s) were due to negligence, improper operation or installation
- was altered or modified by opening up the device (by removing warranty labels) without written authorization from Sensolutions Inc.
If Sensolutions is unable to repair or replace the defective product, it will issue a refund at a fair market value by a medium of our choice.
How to Apply for Warranty
Prior to returning any Product to Sensolutions, you must obtain a Returns Materials Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Sensolutions. If it is suspected that the Product may be defective by Sensolutions, you will be issued an RMA number along with instructions on how to return the Product to us. All Products should be returned to Sensolutions with shipping charges prepaid; collect shipments will NOT be accepted.

You may also email us with the following information;
- invoice and order number
- Name / SKU of the product
- Serial Number listed on the product (cables may not have a serial number)
- description of damages/defects (please provide as many details as possible)
Limitations
Sensolutions will decide which remedy or combination of remedies to provide in its sole discretion. Sensolutions shall have a reasonable time after determining that a defective Product exists to repair or replace a defective Product. Sensolutions’ replacement Product under its limited warranty will be manufactured from new and serviceable used parts.
The maximum liability of Sensolutions Inc. under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product covered by the warranty.
